Minimum Age of 21

The vipyes platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. vipyes reserves the right to request identity documents confirming your date of birth at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory age verification, your account will be suspended and any deposits returned, less processing fees where applicable. Do not gamble if you are under 21.

Accurate and Current Details

When registering a vipyes account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and entitles vipyes to terminate your account immediately.

One Account Per Person and Household

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one vipyes account. Multiple accounts held by the same person, or multiple accounts registered to the same device, IP address, or household payment method, may be treated as duplicate accounts. vipyes reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.

Who Cannot Register

The following persons are not permitted to hold a vipyes account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Current employees, contractors, or agents of vipyes or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.
• Persons who have previously been permanently excluded from vipyes or any affiliated platform.
• Persons in jurisdictions where accessing online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law.

Password and OTP Security

Your vipyes account is protected by a password and OTP (one-time password) verification sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your password, OTP, or any other account access credentials with any third party. vipyes will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any disclosure of credentials, whether voluntary or inadvertent, is at your own risk.

All Activity Is Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account, whether or not you personally initiated those actions. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vipyes support immediately at [email protected]. vipyes will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is in progress.

Closing Your Account

You may request closure of your vipyes account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Accounts under investigation for fraud or Terms violations may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

Timeframes and Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following indicative timeframes: bKash and Nagad — typically under 2 minutes for verified accounts; Rocket and Upay — typically under 10 minutes; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes are indicative only and may be affected by third-party processing times, maintenance periods, or enhanced due-diligence checks.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method registered to the same verified account holder. vipyes does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

BDT Only

vipyes operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is performed on the platform. All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in BDT. Any foreign currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or mobile financial service provider are your sole responsibility.

Who Can Claim Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers on vipyes are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria outlined in each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus or promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. vipyes reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its discretion.

Playthrough Conditions

All bonus funds credited to your vipyes account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds (for sports bets), and bonus expiry period are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from it.

Prohibited Bonus Strategies

vipyes employs real-time monitoring to detect and prevent bonus abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

vipyes Right to Amend Promotions

vipyes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has partially completed its wagering requirements, vipyes will use reasonable endeavours to honour the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited, subject to fair-use assessment.

Obvious Pricing or System Errors

In the event of a palpable error — defined as an obviously incorrect price, odds, or game outcome caused by a technical fault or human error — vipyes reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the bet was placed and accepted before the error was identified.

Cheating, Collusion and Exploitation

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vipyes and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or game engines.
• Collusion with other players or with employees of vipyes or its game providers.
• Placing bets with knowledge of non-public information that constitutes insider trading in sporting markets.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to conceal the origins of funds.

Taking a Break from vipyes

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the express written permission of vipyes.

What You Must Not Do

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the vipyes platform; use scraping tools or data mining software to extract platform data; frame or mirror the vipyes website on any other platform; or use the vipyes brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit prior written consent from vipyes.

Service Interruptions

vipyes aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. However, the Company does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays. vipyes shall not be liable for any loss of data, missed betting opportunities, or financial loss resulting from planned or unplanned service downtime, network outages, or third-party payment processing failures.

Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of vipyes to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vipyes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind.

Your Own Risk

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in games and betting activities on vipyes entirely at your own risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of gambling. vipyes is not responsible for any gambling-related financial loss, personal distress, or addiction arising from your use of the platform. Grounds for Account Closure

vipyes reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, without prior notice, if it determines that the player has: breached any provision of these Terms; provided false registration information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive conduct; attempted to launder money through the platform; or otherwise acted in a manner that vipyes considers harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and betting markets.

What Happens to Your Balance

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of amounts attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable processing timeframes. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon termination for breach.

Raising a Complaint

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the vipyes service, you should first contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue including your account username, the date and time of the event in question, and a clear description of the complaint. vipyes aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Complex disputes may take longer and you will be kept informed of progress.

Right to Update

vipyes reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the vipyes platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
